Rue Moore Has It is an in-world tea channel. While Rue largely focuses on influencer gossip, on the 13th of every month she posts a segment dedicated to superhumans. She's a Gossip Girl style reporter who will be as salacious as possible.
Rue posts information she's given with minimal research into what she's being told. The truth doesn't sell and she knows it! These can be from fans / antis of your characters, self-posts, or posts your character is submitting about other characters! As Rue doesn't bother fact-checking and goes with whatever will get the most clicks and attention, you can submit the wildest things imaginable and she'll report on it.

WHO IS SUBMITTING THIS: dark_matter002 (a burner account made by Leonardo and Accelerator)
WHAT IS THE RUMOR? Some of Fantastic's heroic feats are a little less than heroic! In fact, the guy has stolen the credit for several notable deeds from other, lesser known heroes. Leo and Accelerator would have googled a few of Fantastic's adventures and picked ones where reasonable doubt could be raised. Rue is free to include some of her own commentary on this (maybe even add to the list if she really wants to stir the pot).
CAN THE SUBJECT OF THIS BE REACHED FOR COMMENT?: It's Fantastic so that's up to the mods! The intention of this is that Leo and Accel want to try and mess with Fantastic's public image a bit, and rumours about his heroism seems like a good place to start.

WHO IS SUBMITTING THIS: a rooftop stalker
WHAT IS THE RUMOR?: More than a rumor - there's photographic evidence that the Alliance's own GL has been caught canoodling with one of the unsigned "vigilantes" of Central City. Isn't that the guy who plays sidekick to Wren, yet another vigilante? At least they look cute together, even if GL probably shouldn't be encouraging illicit rooftop meetings with people not following the rules.
